Given the perishable nature of grocery items, we maintain a strict return policy. If you receive a perishable item that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately. We may offer a refund or replacement, subject to verification of the issue. However, please note that certain perishable items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
While we strive to provide accurate representations of our products through photos, descriptions, and other media, please be aware that product images may not always precisely match the actual item received. Variations in appearance may occur due to factors such as lighting, camera settings, and natural variations in fresh produce.
Customers residing within a 10-mile radius of our distribution center in Edinburgh, Scotland, may be eligible for same-day delivery. Same-day delivery eligibility is subject to availability and may vary based on factors such as order volume and delivery capacity. If same-day delivery is not feasible, we will arrange for next-day delivery and notify you promptly.
Orders placed outside of Edinburgh will be delivered within 1-2 days. We will inform you of your delivery schedule on the day of your order. If the proposed time is inconvenient, we will do our best to adjust the delivery time to suit your availability.
All payments must be made at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our app. Payment details are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.
You may cancel your order within one hour of placement for a full refund. Orders canceled after this period may incur a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
AfroFoodMart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of our App or the inability to use our App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if AfroFoodMart has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AfroFoodMart is not liable for any mistakes or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
All content featured on our App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of AfroFoodMart or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our App without prior written consent from AfroFoodMart.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
AfroFoodMart reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
